Are there any management costs or fees?
No! There are no management fees, commissions or hidden costs to you. You receive your agreed-upon rent every month without having to pay manage bookings, guests, maintenance coordination, cleaning or turnover.
Why are you incentivized to keep my property nice?
Your property's condition directly impacts the success of our business! We only succeed if the property is well-maintained, clean, and attractive to high-quality guests. As you can imagine, our incentive to keep your property pristine is much higher than a traditional tenants!
How do you know who comes in and out?
We use smart security systems, including exterior security cameras (never inside) and smart locks. These systems allow us to track check-ins, check-outs, monitor activity remotely and ensure only registered guests are accessing the property. Every guest is verified through the booking platform prior to arrival, and access codes are unique and time restricted.
How do you ensure there are no parties?
We have a strict no party policy and use multiple layers of protection. We use:

How will you guarantee the rent?
We can guarantee rent because we're a registered business, not an individual tenant. Rent is paid monthly, on-time, regardless of occupancy. Our income is diversified across multiple bookings, not dependent on a single guest, which allows us to reliably meet our lease obligations.
